The shower pressure left much to be desired!!! A main light in the room would alleviate the constant dullness. Additionally, a more sensible air conditioning setup would improve sleep quality significantly. The plunge pool temperature was far too frigid to enjoy.

We had a fantastic time for 4 nights in our suite. The staff's friendliness stood out, and the handcrafted cocktails surpassed expectations! The eco-friendly environment leads to a few bugs, so bring bug spray. Enjoyed quiet moments by the pool after breakfast at the onsite restaurant.

I stayed in a suite for 4 nights and absolutely loved the unique outdoor shower and the privacy of my room's plunge pool. The food was incredible, especially the pork tacos and spinach ravioli. I would definitely come back for the relaxing atmosphere and fantastic dining experience!

It was just an ideal choice for spending the night in Tulum with high value for money. The staff were very friendly and made our stay enjoyable. Make sure to confirm any charges beforehand to avoid surprises.

Our stay was marred by poor staff attention, making dining frustrating. The overlay of gravel outside our room was disturbing and took away from the serenity we expected.

On the downside, the bugs were as enthusiastic as a party crasher! Also, watch out for that door lock—it's more like a game of escape room than a hotel!
